How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We use Acuity Scheduling to run our bookings. Acuity is a very reputable event booking system that stores personal data securely. Our payment systems that are configured to Acuity include Stripe and PayPal. Any credit card information given by you will be store on the servers of these reputable vendors.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
By signing up to our mailing list you are choosing to be added to a list of individuals who will receive future emails. This list is subject to segmentation for more relevant marketing. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
